For the consultation, an appointment needs to be scheduled but no referral is required.
We kindly ask our patients to have the previous medical documentation ready. For administrative purposes personal ID, proof of residence and social security card are also required.
Minors, under the age of 18, are required to be accompanied by an adult guardian.
